How much is the charge for delivery?
For your purchases from our online store, the shipping fee varies according to the country to which you will ship. You can see the shipping cost information in your cart.
When will my cargo arrive?
In the address delivery option, after your order is shipped, it will be delivered to your address within 1-5 business days via contracted cargo. For overseas shipments, this period varies according to the cargo company and customs densities.
Please note that deliveries in mobile areas may take a little longer. As cargo companies do not work during public holidays and holidays, your delivery will be made within the first business day.
How can I track my cargo?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an informative e-mail. You can track your cargo by clicking the cargo tracking link in the e-mail.
You can track your cargo by logging into your account and clicking on the cargo tracking link of the relevant order for the orders you place with your membership account.
Can you deliver the product to an address other than my billing address?
You can specify a different delivery address when placing your order. The address you specify for the delivery of your order can be your home address, work address or a friend's address. You must fill in your address information (address, street, neighborhood, avenue) in order for your delivery to be accurate and easy.
With which cargo company will my cargo be sent?
In delivery to the address, your orders are delivered via Aras Cargo.
In our address delivery option, all cargoes are delivered to our customers via Aras Cargo. You must fill in your address information (address, street, neighborhood, avenue) completely in order for your delivery to be accurate and easy. What days are the deliveries made?
Deliveries are made on weekdays within working days. Delivery is not possible on public holidays and weekends.
Can someone else pick up my package if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
In our address delivery option, your package can be delivered to you and only to your immediate family. Proof of identity will be required and surname consistency is required.
The signature of the person receiving your package will be requested at the delivery address. If there is no one at the address, the courier will try to reach you again.
He or she may leave a card to pick up your package or reschedule a delivery date.
Cargoes brought back to the branch must be received within 3 working days.
Otherwise, the cargo will be returned to the exit branch within the knowledge of the sender.
